The Masterdata Analyst is responsible for masterdata management, data quality governance and masterdata analysis.
Furthermore the following responsibilities are part of the job:
- Product masterdata management Responsible for introductions and phase out of products; Ensure correctness of masterdata at each stage of the product lifecycle Responsible to manage the labeldatabase (large pack labels);
- Formulation management Follow up on formulation changes with the Research & Development department, Supply Chain, Quality Control Responsible to define which formulations are used, to balance cost, availability, product requirements and operational requirements. Align with planning and QC teams on the daily production-planning to assure the correct formulations are used;
- Masterdata analysis and improvement
Identify potential masterdata improvements based on business requirements Improve masterdata setup and usage through improvement initiatives Manage and prioritise business requirements;
- Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) Comply with HSSE systems and procedures. Follow our policies on Health, Safety, Security and Environment. Maintain and follow all procedures and directives in relation to HSSE in order to improve HSSE for all our stakeholders, assets, products and processes and to safeguard the environment.
The Masterdata Analyst reports to the Masterdata Coordinator.
The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor degree, or high school diploma added with relevant experience.
He or she has strong logical thinking skills.
He or she has good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook and Excel), SAP knowledge is a plus. Strong administration skills and ability to work very accurately is crucial.
Furthermore the candidate we are looking is a motivated teamplayer, willing to help colleagues whenever necessary and able to work under pressure. He or she shows flexibilty regarding job content and working hours.
You are fluent in Dutch & English (written and verbal).
This position is fulltime and based in Antwerp - Blending plant.
