We are currently looking for a Corporate Tax Manager located in The Hague.
Assist and support Head of Tax with corporate tax and transfer pricing matters for KPI group entities in KPI, KPNWE and Q8 Aviation. The role focusses on tax advisory support in international taxation, corporate taxation and transfer pricing relating to KPI group tax matters, including mergers & acquisition, business transactions, joint ventures, financing, etc.
Ensure that all work and operations are conducted in accordance with the KPI Safety, Health and Environmental Policy Standards, Guidelines and Procedures. Demonstrate correct HSSE behavior and act as a role model for others.
- Project management on tax-related project, like supply chain improvements, tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, refinancing, etc.
- Tax advisory in the fields of international and corporate taxation, tax planning, withholding taxes and transfer pricing within the KPI group
- Support tax audits in the areas of corporate tax and transfer pricing
Extensive experience in international taxation, corporate taxation and transfer pricing) gained within Big 4 and Industry (preferably Energy, Oil & Gas or Chemicals)
Experienced with corporate finance, corporate structures and M&A
Experienced with cross-border transactions
Fluent in Dutch and English both in writing and verbally
8 – 10 years working experience in international taxation, including at least 2 years in the Industry
A university degree in tax (law or economics); LL.M or MSc
Knowledge of tax legislation in multiple jurisdictions
A thorough accounting background
A high-level legal back ground and knowledge of local legal requirements
Good analytical skills, accurate, team player, good communicator internally and externally, able
to understand complex business models and is international orientated
Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
