For Kuwait Petroleum Luxemburg (KPL) with offices in Bertrange, we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic:
Fleet Territory Manager

What would be your role?
In the fast-changing and dynamic B2B fleet market, you will look after existing and seek new customers in the Benelux (mainly in Luxembourg). You will guide and support them as a proactive expert in new evolutions (EV, sustainability), their specific needs and wishes.
Through special offers, marketing actions and campaigns, you will focus on growing the business volume for the Q8 retail network. For each customer, you carefully check and map the HSSE aspects, creditworthiness, and potential risks.
Throughout the whole process you measure and report sales results, the efficiency, and costs of the sales campaigns. You keep track of your actions and conclusions of various negotiations with prospects in the sales database (CRM tool).
Finally, you are the go-to person to give the necessary input on sales points and regions from a strategic point of view. In this way, we can better plan the scope and increase the chances of success of the various action plans.
What do you need to fulfill this role successfully?
- You have a higher degree or are equivalent through extensive experience
- You have at least 5 years' sales experience in a B2B market
- You have an excellent command of French, German, Luxembourgish and English.
- You are a born negotiator who enjoys communicating and giving presentations
- You are a driven and pragmatic problem solver
- Obviously, you are also very result-oriented when it comes to sales
- In addition, you are a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
- You are pc-knowledgeable, especially with MS Office
- You always think and act from the business perspective and enjoy setting up and maintaining internal and external networks
